Hello ,although 2 years passed ,I will create this topology by myself ,but I have question about clouds in network ,how did you connect 2 edge routers? Are all cksco enough for starting?
The concepts are comparable with this configuration. The instructor goes over VPN as many customers were curious about the implementation as it is commonly used. Based on your interesting traffic ACLs below. Using the cloud makes it look more "official" I guess but in a Lab setting the point is can you configure a tunnel between two points. Please type your message and try again. My default gateway of my home router is According to your interesting traffic ACL that is not something that will initiate the tunnel.
I am getting the below error on my corporate router:. I am able to ping Or should I write static route in order to get reachibility between sites? Here is the "sh crypto isakmp sa" and "sh crypto ipsec sa" from each router. I have the configuration from each router below and the topology.
I have a different issue now that I cannot seem to figure out. Try pinging something on the I followed the instructors configuration to the tee and still not able to ping out the the branch office that is setup from corporate or vice versa.
Hi Dmcneil ,I would like to add you on Skype ,my id is hacizeynal. Can you do a "show crypto ipsec sa" on both routers and post the results?
Here is a little background information as to where I am currently. I did it like that cieco switch ,just changed the icon of device.
Using GNS3 and have two routers are connected to 2 instances of the cloud which are connected to a loopback interface on my laptop that is bridged with my wireless adapter. Again, thanks for the help!
What are you pinging? Thank you in advance dmcneil You don't have to use a cloud to practice VPN set ups. Go to original post. From what device are trying to ping from? You can not post a blank message.
Sep 20, I am able to ping each router from eachother and I am able to ping out to the internet as well from each device. You can just set up two routers on different networks with a router between them and form the VPN tunnel that way. If there is anymore information needed to figure this one out let me know and I appreicate any help.
Interesting how is your routing configured? Wondering if anyone is able to help me see what I am missing so that I can continue on with the series.
